Jason, I want to thank you sincerely and profusely for everything you have done to help resolve this matter. Your personal involvement, responsiveness, and commitment to finding a solution have gone a lon everything you have done to help resolve this matter. Your personal involvement, responsiveness, and commitment to finding a solution have gone a long way toward restoring my faith in Jim Click Ford and Ford Motor Company, a relationship that, quite frankly, had been fractured for several years. My frustration did not begin with this most recent incident. It dates back to ongoing Maintenance for Life and oil-change difficulties, followed by recall-related issues beginning on May 13, 2024. If you look inside the gray envelope in the dashboard compartment, you will see that I eventually pursued the path of least resistance by taking my business elsewhere. Since 2023, I have relied on other service providers for oil changes, differential maintenance, cabin and engine air filters, and other work that should have been supported through my relationship with Jim Click Ford. Those decisions were not made because I wanted to abandon Ford. They resulted from repeatedly feeling that the customer service, communication, and dedication necessary to preserve that relationship simply were not there. Since becoming involved, however, you have picked up the proverbial football and carried it across the goal line. You have not merely addressed the immediate issue, you have helped mend a customer relationship that had been broken for years. You should be proud of what you have accomplished. You have earned the right to spike the football, raise your hands, and celebrate the touchdown. Your efforts have made a meaningful difference, and I want you to know how deeply I appreciate your professionalism, ownership, and willingness to step forward when it mattered most. Thank you again, Jason. Your assistance has genuinely helped restore my confidence in Ford Motor Company, and I am extremely grateful. More
