I was looking for an Ioniq 5 saw a specific one that I liked on the Annapolis Hyundai website. So I reached out to Shawn told him a couple offers that I had gotten from other dealers. He quickly returned liked on the Annapolis Hyundai website. So I reached out to Shawn told him a couple offers that I had gotten from other dealers. He quickly returned my call and said that he could match that price on the specific one I wanted that had a tow hitch. We did everything online or over the phone because I was dealing with some medical issues with my parents. Shawn was patient with me and held the car till I was able to come over and sign the paperwork. Annaplois Hyundai had car for five months due to length of time to get new parts. When I picked up my car, the dealership never washed it!! My car was sitting under a tree from January until May and they of time to get new parts. When I picked up my car, the dealership never washed it!! My car was sitting under a tree from January until May and they weren't bothered to wash it. The attendant that pulled my car up told me they had a lot of sick calls, so they couldn't wash it....unreal! Anyway, I was so mad and in too much of a hurry to complain to a manager, so I left. I ended up spending $50 to get it in some semblance of clean. Definitely not happy with how this experience played out. Last name Hall with the 2019 Kona Electric. Thanks Annapolis Hyundai!! More
