I make an appointment. I still have to wait hours, for my car to be ready. I go in for an oil change. That should be 30-45 minutes at most. It takes 3 plus hours. Alex in the service area is awesome--a nice guy who really listens. I always try to see him since I know he also used to own a plug-in hybrid. I had to wait during my recent regular maintenance visit really listens. I always try to see him since I know he also used to own a plug-in hybrid.
