I visited three dealerships to purchase a car and by far your dealership was the best of the three. I was so wore out from the first two experiences at the other dealerships. I was going to just head home but then made a last second decision to stop by your dealership and it turned out to be the best decision of the day. The car buying experience at your dealership was flawless. You have a great sales team, probably the best in the business, compared to what I dealt with earlier that day. Called to schedule an appointment to get a check engine light diagnosed. Appointment scheduled for the next day. Then I received a text from Nick stating that they are 3-4 weeks out on diagnosis and I woul light diagnosed. Appointment scheduled for the next day. Then I received a text from Nick stating that they are 3-4 weeks out on diagnosis and I would need to leave my car there so it could be in line for diagnosis for 3-4 weeks. Needless to say I contacted a different dealership that could get me in the next day and would have it diagnosed in 24 hours. Never going back again. Who expects to be without their car for 3-4 weeks while it’s in line for diagnosis? More
