Well, I got a better offer with another dealer, but I let myself go, due to the beauty of the car, bummer. They got my old car, but a very lower price, lower than previous offer. I started the process with Sam’s Club 2 weeks prior to having our down payment in hand. Sam’s Club sent my info to 3 dealerships. Joaquin at AutoNation Honda was the only one who listened to me when I sai having our down payment in hand. Sam’s Club sent my info to 3 dealerships. Joaquin at AutoNation Honda was the only one who listened to me when I said it would be 2 weeks before I could buy. He followed up 2 times prior to me coming in, which was perfect. The other dealerships harassed me via text, email, and calls every single day for those two weeks. I was averaging 6 attempts from them to contact every day from each dealership, and it was driving me crazy. I loved how Joaquin respected my timeline and checked in just a few times to see how he could help me when the time came. So when the time came, we ended up buying two vehicles from him because we were so pleased with his service. He was amazing from start to finish! He got us into the financing department with Oscar Hernandez and he was a treat as well. He did everything he could to speed up the process for us because our kids were starting to get hangry.
