Derek was nice and got me in and out in a few hours - as I had a nail in my tire and they are run-flat tires. Very appreciative. But it would have been nice if I would have known that you charge a fee for I had a nail in my tire and they are run-flat tires. Very appreciative. But it would have been nice if I would have known that you charge a fee for using a credit card. Didn't have over $500 on the spot to pay, so I had to use a credit card and pay the fee... I think that's terrible service from the Dealership!! More
