In short order it was determined that our car would take longer to repair so I returned the loaner(another painless operation) and arranged to be picked up. I was away on vacation when I got the text message indicating the car was ready, detailing of the interior completed. Our pickup was after hours, Adam again made this extremely easy and soon we were driving our X3 home, sparkling like a brand new car! Thank you Adam for your diligence and attention to detail. More

Service manager was prompt & professional. Requested 2 items for service, Those 2 items should have been completed in 30-45 minutes, however it was 1.5 hours of waiting. Great service however I felt that today I was grossly overcharged for a service I asked for. I simply asked for the racks that I purchased from the dealership to be put back on my car. Had I’d been tol overcharged for a service I asked for. I simply asked for the racks that I purchased from the dealership to be put back on my car.
