Purchased a certified used Honda from Currie Ford. The check engine light came on within 350 miles. After clearing the code and sending me on my way several different times, they finally fixed the pro The check engine light came on within 350 miles. After clearing the code and sending me on my way several different times, they finally fixed the problem. The service is severely lacking though. I was guaranteed a second key fob during the original cash sale. Came to service for a scheduled appointment for their outside key fob vendor to set me up with a fob. Conveniently that was the second time the check engine light came on for the same reason so they had the car hooked to their computer and the vendor could not program the car and the fob. Once again I was sent home with a cleared code and no fob. Service came and picked my car up to service the check engine problem and had my car for 10 days. When I picked it up, there was no second key fob. The rep in the service department told me I bought a Honda and they are a Ford dealer. He also said that is my salesman’s problem to fix. Why is it that the assistant manager in the service department is who set me up to get the fob yet another service rep told me it was not service’s problem. I was told my car would be topped off when I picked it up for all my trouble. The empty light was on. This company hires fast talking liars who have no regard for holding onto their word. Apparently the sales contract and the fact I purchased a certified used vehicle means nothing either. Do I just go to Honda and send Currie the bill for the key fob?!! More

As most of us know, dealing with car dealers is a vial experience that no one ever chooses to search out. I had looked for several months having called and making offers on at least six vehicles. We wer experience that no one ever chooses to search out. I had looked for several months having called and making offers on at least six vehicles. We were never able to seal the deal. Greed on thier part and me not thinking they deserved a huge profit. I can honestly say Zane made me feel welcome and wanted to treat me with honesty while still making a profit. He took me on a test drive to see the vehicle performance and allowed and extension of it until I was satisfied with everything I wanted to see. Zane took.the time to deal with myself and Brandon during the negotiations, arriving at a point we could both tolerate. It was a long process, but I am very please with the purchase. Zane was knowledge about the truck and walked me through the process with ease. I have, also, learned Saturday is not the day to go car shopping, as it's very busy. Zane offered personal attention and even delivered my truck almost 45 minutes away after hours. The service/communication after the sale has been fair and respectful. I would recommend Currries and dealing with Zane. More
