I have been to this dealership on three separate occasions to check out vehicles they advertise on their website. Not a call. Not one. I know they are a high volume dealer in the area but they have a great deal to learn about customer service. The term “bait and switch” comes to mind. More

I began my search online and told my sales team exactly what I wanted. I went in to see the vehicles by appointment and decided to put a deposit on an incoming vehicle which was exactly what I wanted. It what I wanted. It arrived in less than two weeks and I went in, again, by appointment. I checked it out as it was being washed. I filled out my application in less than ten minutes. My salesman went over all the equipment in detail. He was impressive in his knowledge of everything because my beautiful car is loaded! I drove it and upon return, finance was ready for me.
