Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify some points mentioned in your review. At Florida Fine Cars, every customer receives a Buyer's Order that details all fees before any deal is finalized, and customers must sign to acknowledge these products. Upon the customer's request, Florida Fine Cars submitted the cancellation, which typically takes 30-60 days to complete as third-party companies handle these cancellations, not Florida Fine Cars. We have fulfilled the customer's request from April.

It is important to bring to your attention my dissatisfaction with the finance process handled by Smith Rock & the Finance dept. The manner in which it was conducted was not only unacceptable but also deceptive Yes reading the paperwork is one thing but like mentioned being deceiving is another. It's crucial for customers to have full transparency and clarity when it comes to financial matters, and unfortunately, this was not the case in my recent experience.
