Roberto is good guy. Made appointment online, called when I arrived. He came out to greet me and it felt like I was talking to a human not a sales guy. Made appointment online, called when I arrived. He came out to greet me and it felt like I was talking to a human not a sales guy. More
It scary reading reviews and not knowing if it's just people who did not get their way, truly got mistreated or just like to complain. I took a chance and got great service. I visited this Nissan dealership yesterday with the intention of purchasing a cargo car. However, this experience left me very uneasy and worried about potential serious consequences. First, despite c intention of purchasing a cargo car. However, this experience left me very uneasy and worried about potential serious consequences. First, despite clearly advertising a specific price, when I arrived, they refused to sell the car at that price and forced us to purchase 3000+ additional service or protection, otherwise, they wouldn't sell the car to us. This blatant price fraud and coercive sales tactics made me highly suspicious of their integrity. More worryingly, after providing all the personal information for a credit check, they claimed they couldn't find my credit record and requested my wife's Social Security Number and other personal information, ultimately making us apply for a joint loan. That same evening, I had my loan officer check my credit score again, which came back almost 800 scores, showing no issues at all. This made me even more suspicious of their motives! What concerns me the most is that this dishonest company took all of our personal information. I am extremely worried they might misuse our credit information, possibly involving credit fraud. My loan officer, who was also very surprised by my experience. To protect myself and my family, I consider to seek legal advice. I strongly advise other potential customers to be highly cautious when dealing with this dealership and ensure that their personal information is well-protected. I sincerely hope Nissan will address this issue, cherish its reputation, and take appropriate measures to ensure such situations do not happen again. More

If you're in search of an honest dealership, steer clear of this one. They lure customers with lower prices online, only to spring unexpected fees upon them during the test drive—$3000 for accessories that of this one. They lure customers with lower prices online, only to spring unexpected fees upon them during the test drive—$3000 for accessories that are supposedly already installed in the vehicle. Even presenting evidence of agreed-upon prices, their insistence on additional charges, admitting it's just "business as usual," left me feeling utterly deceived. Disappointed, I left without making a purchase. On my way home, I stumbled upon Puente Hills Hyundai, where pricing transparency was refreshing. No hidden fees, just straightforward service. However, the only good things at the deceptive dealership would be the potential tax credit if buying an electric car, can apply at the point of sales. (From what they said) More

Drove up from Irvine to test drive a Chevy Spark here. Then sat for 2 hours while they pulled my credit; their offer included some $3000 option for a tracking device. Told them to kick rocks and left. Fol Then sat for 2 hours while they pulled my credit; their offer included some $3000 option for a tracking device. Told them to kick rocks and left. I went to this dealership after Car Gurus showed a discounted price that matched the dealership website. This markdown was on for a few days. During the test drive the sales person said that all use discounted price that matched the dealership website. This markdown was on for a few days. During the test drive the sales person said that all used cars come with a $3,000 "Guardian" package. Went back to the dealership and they quoted me a price of approximately $2,500 more than what was on their website. When I asked about the difference, they said that they must have just marked it down. I left. I tried to buy local and this dealership is the classic bait and switch with nonsense dealer add-ons. I recommend you stay away. I left the name of John Doe in the dealer comments, because I'm not going to call anyone out specifically. These are dealership tactics, and not the fault of the salesperson. More
Awful experience. This is coming from someone who works at a dealership. Do not buy used cars from dealership. They bait you by putting a cheaper price online and then This is coming from someone who works at a dealership. Do not buy used cars from dealership. They bait you by putting a cheaper price online and then adding $3,000 more for “GPS and Accessories not listed on website” I bought my 2023 KIA Soul from here and it was damaged, missing spare tire and trunk cargo cover. I paid $1,000 to have the front bumper replaced and they glued it back together. Looks awful and it’s not what I asked for. More
