I had done the research online prior to my visiting the showroom. I had decided on the make, model and extras for a 2024 hybrid Hyundai Santa Fe Limited – I just needed to select the exterior and interior showroom. Jeff at Hyundai of Fort Myers was relentless in finding exactly what I wanted. It took a few days to bring in a car from another dealership more than 100 miles away, but it was worth the wait. I also appreciated his quick response to my questions and any concerns. Following the closing, Megan was very patient in guiding me through all the new technology. And I also appreciate her offer that I may contact her any time in the future for further assistance. All in all it was a very positive experience at Hyundai of Fort Myers. More

Known Recall service NOT ABLE TO BE PERFORMED. No parts ordered until VIN verified. So the ENTIRE visit was a waste of MY TIME to have a person at the dealership just confirm the VIN!!!!!!! Since she followed me there, as we expected to leave the car for work yo be performed. The dealership KNEW they did not have the parts and NEVER informed me that this was the process: Knowingly having a customer DRIVE in to VERIFY a VIN?????? I ASSURE YOU, I will not spend ANY money any longer with Hyundai. I was planning on purchasing a Palisade soon as my next vehicle, but I am now investigating different vehicles after realizing that Hyundai treats customers this way. More
