Our experience was poor to say the least. We had a coupon for a check engine diagnostics for $99.00 straight from their website that they did not honor. We informed them of the coupon as soon as we spoke to somebody from the service department at the write up. Once we had the car towed in and they looked at it the guy ( Tom) on the phone said that the check engine diagnostics would be over 500 dollars just to look at the car. We didn't understand how the price could jump so high just to tell us the issue with the car. The service dept then quoted the work on the car which was not an issue. What was strange to us was the service dept doesn't have listed prices anywhere so it makes us believe the prices vary by customer and not by the work that needs to be done. We came in on a Wednesday to speak with the service dept and were told we had to wait for the guy who wrote up the work until we could get our car another. We then asked him how much it would be to take our car and he quoted $360 which was very different from Tom. We ended up paying close to 400 for them to look at the car. We had the car towed home to discover that they took the car apart (engine) and left it completely unassembled. I have taken my car to plenty of dealerships/ mechanics and have never had it returned in pieces. I would not recommend this service dept. We called to complain and never received a call back. More
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Long story short, I was given a loaner and was charged a security fee on my credit card. I returned the loaner on May 15th and was told that the person that issues a refund was not there and that the refund would be done very next morning. Today is May 21st and I still have not received a refund nor have they processed it! After spending over 1 hour on the phone trying to get someone to help me (which by the way was a nightmare because they kept transferring me or directing me to a voicemail) I received a callback and I was told that this would be done either today or tomorrow and It would take up to 10 business days to clear. It is interesting that I needed to pay the same day to get the loaner out but in order to get my refund I HAVE TO TRACK THEM DOWN FOR IT!!! Let's see how much longer I have to wait... More
My experience at this car dealership was beyond frustrating and was an absolute joke. We spent almost 2 hours discussing options and pricing with a salesperson who seemed genuinely helpful. But Bill Pacilli, the pre-owned sales manager who makes the final call came in last minute and flipped the script, tacking on an extra $2,000 to the price we'd discussed. Talk about a bait-and-switch scam! Not only that, but the manager's attitude was downright rude. Save yourself the headache and don’t waste your precious time at this dishonest establishment. They’ll ruin your day’s mood and leave you seething with anger. More

Unfortunately I had to update my review. Diana was amazing but she no longer there. I bought a supposed “certified pre-owned” Hyundai Tucson 2019 from Lynne’s Hyundai. Before I can even get into the mechanical issues. Let’s discuss salesman. When I got my loan from my credit union he was upset because I wouldn’t use the financing from the dealer. Then all of a sudden tacked on fee to the exact amount of the loan. Should have stopped it right there. Now let’s get to car. I get the car it smells like 100 smokers live in the car. It took 3 months for me to get them to detail the car and that cause I was back in the dealer ship every other week. First issue heater core. Had me Tucson for almost 2 weeks. They dismantled my front console in the car. By time I got it back it was put back incorrectly. They broke the driver side panel and recently noticed when I was trying to replace my cabin filter in the glove compartment that it is completely off balance. So, changing my cabin filter is xxxx near impossible. And another reason my car got detailed was because the mechanic left grease and oil all over the console and upholstery. Recently I went there cause of a check engine light flashing. Do you know it came to $450 to diagnose and do an oil change. And I was told they doing this block labor charge. I need a new sensor. The sensor was $90 bucks and they said it 4 hour job at 180 an hour asking $900 to do the job. Talked to several top tier mechanics in jersey and they said it’s a 30min to an hour job and is quarter. I got my first lease from Lynne’s Hyundai and that was good experience. But I am so disappointed in the mechanic, salesman, sales manager and anyone else who deals with handling of used vehicles. People work hard for their money and to exploit them with is sad. They lost a loyal customer to make a quick buck. More
