Don’t ever take your truck there they left my cars for 12 days and the car was never fixed. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and as soon as I left the dealership, the car was still smoking days and the car was never fixed. The technician never diagnosed the problem, and he never took the time to take the tire off and look at the caliber that I already told him that was damage and it was leaking. The manager called me and he never even apologize and he was very rude and saying that I never told him the caliber or the brakes need to be replaced , what kind of a dealership will do that? I will never take my car there because every time I take it they’ll keep it for close to a month and they always told me that they only have tow technician works there. This dealer is horrible. Take your car somewhere else. Trust me , or you will be disappointed More

A lot of issues upon purchasing 2024 EV Hummer Pick up. Scuffs on all door panels, truck only 100 miles charged, incorrect emblem on truck advertising it is a 3x vs 2x. When I called to follow up with the GM Lloyd, was basically told by him that he is making no money off my deal and I can return the car and that is the price of buying the car. This was a fairly easy transaction. Armando was great -- helpful and honest. I was surprised, though, at the lack of knowledge Caesar (finance) had about electric car rebates. Many dealers offer an "instant" rebate for the federal EV rebate but Caesar wasn't even aware that it existed. As you continue to sell EV's, building an awareness of the incentives and processes would be a good thing. More
