I bought a 2019 tesla. Cons: The price shown on the website (by the salesperson) was not the price offered on paper. It was extra 200 so I missed it before signing. The insurance sold to me was included in the total price and doesn't cover anything useful. There are problems with the cameras on the car. When charging, the car makes a really loud noise as if something is popping under the car. There was a recall on it and I had to fix it. Someone's account was still logged in and active in my car and I had to call to have it removed. Pros: They offered to fix a tear on the seat for free and they did. More
This has to be the worst CPO MB purchase experience ever in my life. First of all, the CPO inspection report doesn’t not match the actual car condition. Secondly they literally drilled a bunch of new holes in my life. First of all, the CPO inspection report doesn’t not match the actual car condition. Secondly they literally drilled a bunch of new holes to attach the bumper cover instead of using proper fasteners. As a result the Lowe part of the bumper fell off while driving which could’ve been a major accident. I am taking it to the local dealer to address the number of issues that could’ve been easily addressed during the CPO processs. More
