I first reached out to Modern Mazda following an unsavory experience at my local Mazda dealership. First impressions, every employee who walked by me and my wife said hello and asked to help. Beth Zaskey provided top notch customer service from the first phone call to the last signature. The initial numbers didn’t align to where I preferred them to, but Beth and the General Manager worked with me to come to a realistic compromise. Their offer for my trade was reasonable and I didn’t have to put down any more money than I had identified up front. After 3 hours, the entire experience was over and I drove off the lot with the model, trim and color CX-50 I wanted. It’s an hour commute to Modern Mazda but their professionalism, transparency and charisma are worth it. Beth and the modern Mazda team provided the best car experience of my life and I will no longer patron any other Mazda dealership future forward. More
