After speaking to the salesman and putting down a deposit on the car booking an appointment for 3:30pm Friday the car didn't get to the dealership for almost 2hrs. Then the paper took another 2hr 50min to co on the car booking an appointment for 3:30pm Friday the car didn't get to the dealership for almost 2hrs. Then the paper took another 2hr 50min to complete. So my wife and I were there for almost 5hrs. After being assured the car was ready and it would be a smooth experience. More
