They finance man talked me into buying the warranty and now my radio is freezing on and off. They told me recently changed their policy to they have to see it. Very accommodating to my needs when I broke down on travel (200 miles from home). Scheduled service appointment online, towed the truck to dealer and used after hours drop box, did everything over the travel (200 miles from home).
