As Costco promised, from start to finish it was a pleasant experience. I felt that Steve understood what I needed and wanted, and went out of his way to make sure I got it. There was no pressure from either Steve or Jennifer--just explanations of how various programs work. Even after my beautiful blue car was delivered Steve asked to make sure I was still happy with my choice. I understand when I need an oil change and where to go to get that or any other service. I will say, the leasing rebate was the clincher. I have always hated car shopping, but this experience has helped change my mind. I did not work with Mr. Foushee, so cannot rate him. More
Unfortunately, the car I came into purchase was sold just before I arrived at the dealership. Jake was able to show me another vehicle with the same options I was interested in that also had an extra rebate. before I arrived at the dealership.
