This dealership is TERRIBLE and Jerry Petitto accepts no responsibility for the transaction except credit for the sale. My girlfriend and I flew to New York from Georgia 15 days ago to purchase a certified responsibility for the transaction except credit for the sale. My girlfriend and I flew to New York from Georgia 15 days ago to purchase a certified MB C300, the deal fell through because water was housed in both tailpipes. The salesperson or service technician didn't hear the rattle, and I identified it. Additionally, all of the wheels had scratches on them and the sales manager refused to repair them. He said it would cost him $340.00 ($85.00 per wheel) on a certified Mercedes-Benz C300 that was being sold for $30K. They let us walk away. Now 15 days later, they still have not refunded $26,900 of our money. Every time we called, they were checking on it. The craziest thing of all is they are working on the paperwork and we never even got to test drive the CAR!! The customer service here is the worst!!! Stay away. More

A Very Bad Experience at Silver Star Mercedes Dealership on April 29, 2024 (36-11 Northern Blvd) with sales Manager Matt Fattah and his team, I totally disappointed with Mr Math and Dawn Morris. Mercedes dealership is big name and big brand name in the United States of America, not only USA, the whole world. They (Math and his team)doing wrong thing in the store. He and his team Dawn Morris know. when I ask Matt (manager) for his name or business card, he refuse to provide his last name and business card. he is so rude. I was try to purchase pre-owned Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 VIN: 4JGFF5KE3MA455306 and trading with my old Mercedes-Benz GL450. Dawn was ask for extended warranty to pay extra $$$$. I said no. all process was done and credit already submitted. Dawan Morris about to provide the key to me to take the car home. after talk to her manager she came to me and saying that the car just sold. if the car is sold why you submit the credit application? why you said the you can take the car today? How many sales person work with the same vin number? why do you waste my time?I will submit NYC car dealer complaint to do fraud investigation. how they force to sell the additional service to the consumer.
