Original 04/26/2024 I was trying to buy a 2024 Lexus NX 450h+. They send me a link on a car they have coming in May or June 2024. It looked great and included in the price is a $7,500 manufacturer's disco 450h+. They send me a link on a car they have coming in May or June 2024. It looked great and included in the price is a $7,500 manufacturer's discount, I think it was based on it being a PHEV. I am getting ready to go forward and then they change the link target HTML content and remove the discount. I ask the salesperson, Amena Hye, and she says there never was a $7,500 discount. However, I had taken a screen print and proved it too her. So she no longer responds and the General Manager, Lyza Postell, says she will have a manager assign me a different salesperson. In the meantime, poof, the $7,500 discount I was offered, has disappeared. Wow, what a way to run a business UPDATE - They said they were working on problem. 4/30/2024 GM left voice mail that they would honor $7,500 off on lease. But it never was about a lease, it was a purchase agreement that had $7,500 off and Lexus subsequently changed the contract at the onsite URL and removed the discount. After 30 days, Sterling McCall Lexus Clear Lake made no further attempt to contact or to reinstate the original purchase contract. I am closing this review with no further action needed; I was unable to update the original review. More

Didn't fix my problem had originally asked the sound for my car is not working and thought that my alternator was messed up.
