I bought a car from them in December, then the transmission went out in March at 72K miles... The transmission job took them 6.5 WEEKS. They gave me a loaner car, and the people were very nice whe transmission went out in March at 72K miles... The transmission job took them 6.5 WEEKS. They gave me a loaner car, and the people were very nice when they spoke with me, but the job took entirely too long and I probably got a total of 3 updates but I called a few times a week and got voicemail most of the time. Not very good at updating/responding the customer after the sale has been made. Once I got my car back, the AC wasn't cold, so i took it back and they found that the coolant line was disconnected, so they had to fixed that again. Huge pain, but nice humans. More
