What a joke. . got a loaner car from Service in the car. Needed service to begin with. Oil light was on windshield wiper lights are on and it was a Nissan. The older lady was rude when I got there cause I told her that I’m used to Big Star Cadillac where they give you a Cadillac that why do y’all have any. She told me about how the customer before me was complaining about having to drive a Cadillac Lyriq, and that they were privileged. Ummm ok.. return the car back and sign and head to my car.. lady comes running after me talking about. What are you gonna do about this damage? Damage what damage.. how dare u chase me embarrass me and yell like that.. I went back to look at it and there was Pineneedles underneath the car and the rims had Marks on them.. I told her to pull video text check out the car is Mark’s were there.. maybe she should check before she accuses me of damaging the car.. they asked me if I went four wheeling in the car cause there is Pineneedles and I was like let’s use our common sense here that’s been flooding all week in Houston is it more likely that that’s rushing water coming underneath the car from being parked at my job? Let’s use our brains.. I made sure to request a signed document to make sure that they were going to try to pin any damages to me.. I will drive the hr to big star.. this place is a joke More
