The entire experience with your dealership was frustrating and confusing. 1. After getting on the waiting list communication on the wait and status was non-existent. 2. The sales person I was dealing with left for greener pastures and I was not told and his customers were left hanging. I had to call to get that remedied. 3. I was called yesterday that my RAV4 was was in and happened to be in xx Paul so I stopped by after work and bought the car but had not ride to get it an my old car back home as I was already in town. I made arrangements to pick the car up on Friday or more likely on Saturday. After doing this I assumed the keys to the RAV4 would be in your key box, they were in the sales persons house. How do I know this...I forgot my laptop in the RAV4 so I had to make a special trip to get it. I was told it would be a 20 min wait while the sales person brought the keys back in, it took 60. I lost half a day of work because of this that I will never get back. Except to pick up the RAV4 tomorrow I don't believe I will ever darken a Walser dealership ever again. Any work to this new RAV4 will go to Inver Grove Toyota when I bought my last car and had a good buying experience with. More
