The service at the Williamson Cadillac is overrated, to say at least. It appears that they are in the business to unnecessary replace parts instead of locating the real problem. Their mechanics are not kn say at least. It appears that they are in the business to unnecessary replace parts instead of locating the real problem. Their mechanics are not knowledgeable and they are trying to replace several or all connecting parts, since they do not know how to locate the one which is actually malfunctioning, or they are doing it intentionally, which is much more profitable for the dealership then just to replace a single malfunctioning part. They are intentionally disconnecting equipment/s on the vehicle in order to make a customer to purchase this part/s or equipment, claiming that this part is bad. To make a long story short, I brought my vehicle in perfect working condition for a routine oil change and after 8 months of having my vehicle at this dealership, I ended up with many thousands of dollars of repairs. During 8 months I was called 4 times to pick up my vehicle, they claimed it is ready, and every time I was discovering a new problem. Additionally, they were installing defective or wrong parts, losing parts, braking parts of the vehicle and denying it. I only could prove it by having a pictures of all visible parts of my vehicle prior to leaving it at the dealership and only then the service advisor had to admit it. I owe several high-end vehicles from Bentley to Hummer and servicing them at the different dealerships. Every dealership has its problems, but Williamson Cadillac, in my opinion, would be the last on the list when you consider honesty and workmanship. I was using this dealership only because of the convenient location. In conclusion - Be aware. More
