I came in to inquire about trading in my Tacoma and ordering a new Tacoma. The GM/VP Hank simply ignored me 25 minutes went by and I asked the salesperson what is going on, he came back and said Hank i ordering a new Tacoma. The GM/VP Hank simply ignored me 25 minutes went by and I asked the salesperson what is going on, he came back and said Hank is not interested in your Tacoma as a trade but will sell you a new one. I asked please have Hank come out here and talk to me, I was informed Hank could not be bothered and simply ignored me until I left. I originally purchased my Tacoma there and have had it serviced at Wills from day 1. What a smug, arrogant, immature, person running the dealership. I feel sorry for the employees. If this is how he treats a valued customer I can only imagine how he treats his employee's. Also just last week I had my Tacoma serviced for my cruise control, and the oil changed, I purposely kept my wheel lock locked up in my glove compartment with the key in my possession. When I was paying for the service I was told that they had rotated my tires, I thought really I have the wheel lock tool locked up, do they always tell you things they do they they do not do. In fact they told me they updated my transmission, and I said to myself really did they, they did not fix my original cruise control problem which my Tacoma was brought in for, did they update my transmission just like they rotated my tires??? Makes you question their honesty??? More
Absolutely terrible, the most heartless people I’ve ever dealt with. Jake our salesman was so unhelpful and had no interest in helping us. Back story- we bought a used 2010 dodge and were happy for about 2 dealt with. Jake our salesman was so unhelpful and had no interest in helping us. Back story- we bought a used 2010 dodge and were happy for about 2 weeks, 14 days with the truck. Then it wouldn’t start , wouldn’t turn over nothing. Of course they wanted no part in that and Jake gave us the excuses that it’s not their problem to fix. So we had to go through a local shop. 1,000 for a new PCM. Well fast forward to a few small problems we fixed and now we have a new problem that should have been 100% the dealerships problem to fix. Our fob works but the key to manually unlock the door is not cut for this vehicle. My truck has no battery and will not unlock with the fob. Jake made it clear that it was my responsibility to pay to get it cut because I drove off the lot. I highly recommend somewhere else with more generous people. I just bought a brand new RAV 4 at Wills Toyota in Twin Falls today. The salesman who helped me was Miguel Lara. He was very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles and was a great help to me. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM IF YOU HAVE A TRADE. THEY WILL SNEAK IN A LOWBALL, SHOW NO CONCERN, AND IGNORE YOU. I would not recommend this dealership especially if they have a trade. This is quite possibly the worst experience I have had in many transactions. The salesman appraised my car "without opening my email" that had the description of vehicle, Vin#, and pictures.... Gave me a great appraisal , strung me along for 1 month then the day before decided to deduct value from my trade for $1200 on previously disclosed but "unseen issues" That he missed in the only email he could have used to appraise the vehicle. This would not have been disclosed before a 4 hour round trip drive had I not pushed for the further agreement on terms. It would have been a nice surprise for sure. I tried to work with the Sales manager Steve and meet somewhat in the middle. He had no empathy or concern and would not even acknowledge the mistake was theirs. He didnt even fake it. Just did not care and constantly talked over me. I requested a Call from the GM who declined and instead took 20+ minutes to type an email. He feigned concern, didnt reply, and had his salesman deny sale over text. Unprofessional!! I normally would not write a negative review. As a business owner myself I prefer to inform and work it out with the owners and managers of the facility. These have proven absolutely unapologetically unconcerned with integrity and customer service. BUYER BEWARE More
