The service from start to finish was amazing. Period. I was at my doctors appointment and I had just left and I wanted to get an oil change since I was in the area and didn’t know if they would t Period. I was at my doctors appointment and I had just left and I wanted to get an oil change since I was in the area and didn’t know if they would take me in. I called and Sarah Kia and I spoke with Nicole and she said go ahead and bring your car and we got you. I showed up and I also let her know that my car was having issues and she asked me what those issues were and I told her the car pulls to the left a little and it just doesn’t feel right when I’m driving. She quickly said come in let’s see what’s wrong and they were able to look and see the alignment was off so they repaired that as well, not only did they repair it but they were very quick to do the oil change the repairs and everything else. The car needed to include a rotation of the tires. So I will definitely be buying another car from Kia very soon. More
