my 2023 Q5 w/ 5500 miles on it broke down and said Drive System Malfunction contact service. I towed my car to Bellevue and had the worst customer service experience. I was told when they drove my car into the service drive they weren't sure why I brought it in because it seemed fine. I explained the issue and then told them I want it to be looked at because the car felt unsafe. I was told there were no loaners available for me for atleast 3 weeks. That doesn't work for me because I still need to get to and from work to pay for my car. I contact Audi Seattle and explain what happened and they say we can authorize an emergency loaner for you WITH NO HESITATION. Turns out my entire engine is faulty from the manufacturer and needs to be completely replaced. When I leased this car the staff was so friendly and helpful. Then 8 months later they couldn't be bothered to make right out of the situation. I will never return to Audi Bellevue and will refer all my friends and family to Audi of Seattle. More
I scheduled my annual checkup (e. g., inspection, oil/filter change, etc.) late in the day at 3:40pm. He checked on me twice as I waited for the service completion in lobby and share thoughts on a bodywork that's needed. The service was professional; I didn't expect the staff to vacuum my car interior as I was going to do that myself, but they did a fantastic job! Thank Ricky and your team. ~Knight More

Too early to give a complete review of the car I purchased since it's only been 5 days plus it's a used car, but so far so good. I love the car, it looks clean and runs great. I like that all the information I needed to know about the car including the CarFax was provided without me asking for them. Overall it was a great experience. More
