The Service department is HORRIBLE! !!! When asked to rotate tires they didn’t reset tires after rotation. They didn’t air up my tires. So while I was putting air in my front tires..the !!! When asked to rotate tires they didn’t reset tires after rotation. They didn’t air up my tires. So while I was putting air in my front tires..the tire pressure monitor system was showing that the air was going to my back tires instead of my front tires because they didn’t reset tires after rotation!!..it’s always something in the service department..totally unsatisfied!! I purchased a 2015 ford F150 from these people on 03/14/2024. The truck didn’t even make it home before problems started. I tried to contact YOUNG LEE the salesman to no avail. He basically ghosted m 03/14/2024. The truck didn’t even make it home before problems started. I tried to contact YOUNG LEE the salesman to no avail. He basically ghosted me. I finally did get through to someone there with a promise they would return my call within the next day, that day hasn’t come yet! I guess I’m just going to have to live with a broken truck. Not happy about the situation, but life goes on! My advice is to stay away from this dealership! More
