Sandy is great! Responsive, kind, and knows her stuff. So easy to work with. Lyft service is great! On the other hand, Albert, the tire rep, was not very impres Responsive, kind, and knows her stuff. I tried to buy some tires while my car was in service but the process took way too long and the price was significantly less expensive at another BMW dealership for the same Pirelli tires. Also, would have appreciated a better wash and interior vacuum service when I picked up the car. After all, they had it for a week! More
