We noticed two scuffs in the paint at the rear tailgate after we got home with the new BMW IX. Also, the car wasn’t really cleaned up all that well, there was dust and dirt around rear tailgate. Our salesperson, Gina was great, but whoever detailed the car must have been in a hurry. Everything else seems to be fine, but still checking out the car. More

I sent the car for diagnostic service, they charged me a fee and for service to correct the issue. Unfortunately the check engine came on again and charged me another fee for diagnostics . The cost for repair was almost the value of the car. Worst part I delivered a very clean car and received sport very dusty car without any attempt to clean the car after being charge $1500. Never again going back to this dealership. More
