I had to get my right side mirror assembly replaced. I dropped my vehicle off the morning of my appointment and expected to get a courtesy shuttle ride to work and pick it up later in the day. They immediately got their tech working on it and I was done and out the door within 20 minutes, not needing a shuttle ride.
