Had a 10:50 AM. Arrived at dealer at 10:45 AM and checked in for needed service and checks. I noticed after an hour my truck still was not moved into bays. It was about 20 minutes more before it went in. I then waited another hour for an oil change and battery check to be complete. When I booked appointment young lady told me day before whole event would be less than 45 minutes. Why have appointments if they mean nothing. I did appreciate Mike in trying to help me. More

I had a transmission ..from the expert techs to excellent hospitality & professionalism! I cannot say enough about the man he is Dave ( Mr. Dubose). I had a transmission issue with my 2021 Rubicon...which seemed as though my local Jeep dealer could not diagnose...Decided to take it to Davis Chrysler! They have a tranny tech there that diagnosed the problem...guess what no more tranny noise on my 2021 Rubicon with less than 17K miles.
