Kevin is the best service rep at Dorito Bros. He always goes above and beyond what might be considered helpful. Third time bringing the car is for the same loud brake issue with no resolution. Explanation is, that is just how VW brakes are. It's really disappointing when you're talking about a $40K+ vehicle.
