2916 Chevrolet Trax. On the outside of this truck was beautiful. The inside clean as well. Sold to me as is, however the emission part was illegal. I was guaranteed that On the outside of this truck was beautiful. The inside clean as well. Sold to me as is, however the emission part was illegal. I was guaranteed that the catalytic converter would be replaced 100% but I was asked to pay $500, which I did. Still have not resolved with the illegal emission, so I am sitting in my garage with a Trax I can not drive. $10,00 and had the truck ONE WEEK. I would not recommend this sales or service to anyone. More

Took my car out for symptom check with tech to try to find source. He thought it could be a belt or something with a/c…Laura came and explained what was found and asked if I wanted it fixed as they said find source. He thought it could be a belt or something with a/c…Laura came and explained what was found and asked if I wanted it fixed as they said they had the part in stock…invoice stated the part was fixed and unable to duplicate sound so problem fixed…got into my car…pulled out of the parking space in Nissan dealers/service lot and same noise was present and WORSE then when I dropped it off for service! I’m PISSED!!! And will be contacting the service manager on Tuesday morning since Monday is Memorial Day asking for a refund on that part of the bill!!! More
