I needed a new battery and could not turn car off until it was installed. I called and the parts dept. and they had one in stock. He then called service dept to check availability to install. Even though I it was installed. I called and the parts dept. and they had one in stock. He then called service dept to check availability to install. Even though I did not have an appt he said to come in and they would fit me in. I was on the phone for less than 5 min. I drove straight there and only waited less than 30 min. Excellent service dept!! More
