Hanlee’s was one of four dealerships within 120 miles from where I live with 2024 Colorado Z71’s on lot that I emailed. Cheryl K at Hanlee’s was the first person to reply to any of my emails. Cheryl K and I worked a deal through texting in a little more than two hours. She was great to work with…efficient, direct, and willing to make a deal happen. She kept her word and set things up so the deal went smoothly when we (wife and I) arrived. When we pulled up, Joan H was putting the finishing touches on our new truck. She was very friendly, showed us the truck a bit and made sure we felt comfortable after our 75 mile drive in. She was helpful in answering questions and making sure we had what we needed while there. Doing the paperwork with Grant L was relaxing and informative. He was organized and thorough but also really engaging as we swapped stories about traveling and who you sometimes meet. All in all the experience was excellent from beginning to end because of the communication, efficiency and friendliness of everyone we worked with. Thanks again Cheryl K, Joan H and Grant L!!! More

It took 2 hours to complete minor maintenance and a recall repair - I was told it would take no more than an hour. More importantly, when I was called by the dealer, I was told that I just needed to recall repair - I was told it would take no more than an hour. More importantly, when I was called by the dealer, I was told that I just needed to come in for the 15,000 mile regular maintenance- but when I got there it turned out there was a recall to be done- and they were going to charge me $750 for some really basic maintenance that I had already been performing myself (replacing windshield wipers and windshield fluid, for example). It felt like they didn't really want to perform the recall for free and we're looking for ways to make money off me. Frustrating. More
