I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson from Justin at Hyundai of Asheville, and my experience has been exceptional. A week after my purchase, I encountered an issue with the car. Justin personally came out to jump-start the vehicle and ensured everything was taken care of promptly. The car needed a new windshield and a key fob, and both were replaced in a very timely manner. The level of service and dedication Justin and the team showed was truly impressive. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Firstly, a huge thank you to Felicia for arranging for Patrick to pick me up when my car broke down. Her prompt action ensured I wasn't stranded and could get to my important event on time. Patrick was fantastic, arriving quickly and helping me get to my destination. Once at the dealership, Heidi in the service department was exceptionally helpful and kind. She ensured everything was checked out thoroughly and assured me all was well. The level of care and dedication from Felicia, Patrick, and Heidi turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.
