Kenny Ross to the rescue - again ! I could not get the rear gate to open or close on my Forester and alarm kept ringing ! Showed me how to quickly fix if it ever happens again. Then Sherry reminded me that my inspection had expired months ago and set me up for an inspection the very next day. Jake was pleasant to work with. The dealership is incredibly expensive without fixing the problems - I expected more. I’m not sure why though- the problem has reoccurred numerous times, that’s why I brought it in and if it couldn’t be fixed the first time-why bring it back to be charged again. They did offer a free car wash which was nice. More
