Once again we had to have our Forester worked on. It was a big job. Fortunately we had KJ at the Boise dealership in our corner. He took care of us and was honest and truly a nice person. Matt told me car would be done at 3:40. Waited over an hour in lobby- no car pulled to finished lane, no call out of name, no text that it was finished.
