Please advise/remind customers that when service is completed, we will be notified by phone message. I sat in the waiting area for an extra hour before I realized my car was ready. While sitting there, employees regularly walked through the area announcing a customer's name so I was waiting for my name to be called. Nice waiting area and delicious lattes...but still, would have preferred to have been on my way home! More

He made the process of buying my Camaro absolutely seemless and processed alot of paper work via computer.He drove the Camaro to my apartment for a test drive and inspection. While I was in the military I spent 8 Years in Japan where customer service is legendary. But I feel that Tre Vega was next level and went the extra mile and then some. More
