This was an awesome experience as i am a single woman. I appreciated the professionalism. I was greeted with a handshake and the person was dressed professionally, not in a sloppy outfit. Well, it started with my service writer. I don’t have my work order in front of me, but I believe it was Bert Johnson. I’ve had him in the past, and he just has a good way of explaining the I don’t have my work order in front of me, but I believe it was Bert Johnson. I’ve had him in the past, and he just has a good way of explaining the how to use and what force to receive the best car service available at a realistic Price point. It’s brutal even going to the grocery store these days especially for older senior citizens as I am on somewhat of a fixed income. By eliminating all the you really don’t need to do this and that to get to the bottom of your problem will tackle the problem And stop the madness of this and that to prove that you need to spend more money to repair your vehicle. He doesn’t do that. More
