I have scheduled an oil change twice, both appointments were first thing in the morning, and I waited for my vehicle. It took two hours for a simple oil change. The staff were all nice & welcoming. They lied on one of two estimates. One claiming to need brakes. After I said that the car had <5k miles and was purchased from them, they suggested they would service it for me. I brought it to them for repair and, like magic, the next report said the brakes were great and needed nothing. The tires were also bald. They said they would repair them and later changed their mind. They sold me a car with unsafe tires. I paid for the pre certification ($$$$) and service agreement. The only reasonable person in the entire enterprise was Mrs. Alves, who was wonderful in every way. She was proficient, professional and polite. I have only nice things to say about her. Also, the sales manager gave me a time to come in for service and claimed he would make the service department aware. He didn’t. Instead, I had to explain myself all morning and try to justify why I was there. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and getting anattorney. More

Very pushy, old school sales tactics. It took 7 hours to buy a car, as this dealership is very disorganized. I had to wait multiple times while my salesperson and sales manager left me alone. Pushy, fast going approach to try and make a deal. Finally agreed on a price for a dealer demo model just to find out later at the finance desk they added (snuck in) another $2,000 on top of that! They did not detail the car when I took delivery, plus it was overdue for an oil change by 1,000 miles, which shows they don’t take care of their cars. And ignore all the prices they have on their website because they do not honor them. They have absolutely no ethics and are one step below politicians on the trustworthy/honesty scale. I will never set foot in that dealership again - and I highly recommend you stay away as well. More
