Spencer and Terry were great in sales- personable and knowledgeable- but I was disappointed on the dealership running my credit and collectiing my social security # etc. when I paid by check. I made knowledgeable- but I was disappointed on the dealership running my credit and collectiing my social security # etc. when I paid by check. I made it clear I was not financing the car. Nowone ever mentioned I needed a cashiers check as I agreed on deal (price) the day before. I was told to bring a personal check- non company check. This was the third niello vehicle I had bought in last ten years (most recently a Range Rover) and used niello VW and Range Rover for service as well. I should have had enough history to avoid being told I had to sign docs for 8.9% financing as backup in order to finish the deal. I was very close to walking out but the car was brought from another dealership. Also, I reported that the cargo cover was missing from my vehicle the night of taking ownership. I have never had any response except the manager is looking into it. I was hoping someone would follow up with me rather than me needing to pester and follow up more than once on it. More
