Salesman Khalid was great but Financial Person Nelson was not. Also, never received my husband's military discount and was told it was in with the rebate. Their system doesn't itemize the extra warranty for not. Also, never received my husband's military discount and was told it was in with the rebate. Their system doesn't itemize the extra warranty for each different purchase and when you tell them you don't want the gap insurance they still put it on. Wanted to cancel the warranties with 24 hours and told me I have to wait until my first payment (so they can get their kickback) Will never buy anything else with them or even recommend them. I should have gone to Lokey Nissan. More

Sam Buffington is the best salesman here. I love that he's a straight shooter and didn't play games with us. The Financing department was also amazing and completely transparent with us.
