Basic maintenance was fine. But, Every time I took my car here for what was warranty work there was always a major repair that had to be completed because it needed it. Like an hole in the exhaust pipes that had to be removed to conduct the warranty work. They tried to give the car back to me with a crack in the pipes. Then it was a catalytic converter for the same warranty repair. And the last time the part could not be found but I was able to drive my car 60 miles to a different dealer. They said the part was available on Amazon. Their sales department was so nice that I went ahead and bought a new car. More

I am no longer sure they are completely everything I payed for. I asked service person questions and got some non specific answers. My Navigator is dripping oil which has never happened before.
