He was very responsive but left me waiting two hours just to meet with financing which finished up close to 8pm. I did not have enough time to fully inspect the vehicle, but once home, I noticed trash in the way back. An empty box, a carton of water with a few full bottles, a receipt and a wrapper in the front. I feel the experience could have went a lot better if salesman wouldn’t try to hustle so hard and juggle multiple customers at once. More

made a deal with sales man went and spoke with finance guy i signed for the amount we agreed on . 1 week later i get a call saying they can no longer do this and payment has to go up. 2 weeks after fighti guy i signed for the amount we agreed on . 1 week later i get a call saying they can no longer do this and payment has to go up. 2 weeks after fighting and dealing with it i get told x dollar amount is the best they can do and forced me to get gap insurance or they couldnt do it . will make sure to tell others about this terrible experience. i ended up signing because they took my truck as trade in and i cant keep dealing with the problem of them going back on a deal. but i recommend to stay away from this place unless you want to be forced into somthing. More

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this dealership while attempting to purchase a used 2019 GMC Yukon XL SLE. Initially, everything seemed promising—I confirmed the availability and price o dealership while attempting to purchase a used 2019 GMC Yukon XL SLE. Initially, everything seemed promising—I confirmed the availability and price of the vehicle, ran the Carfax report myself, and even agreed on a price of $31,135. However, things took a drastic turn for the worse. After confirming everything and booking my flight From San Diego To Arizona to pick up the vehicle, the salesperson, Michael Monroe, presented me with a final document showing the price inflated to $34,135—$3,000 more than what we had initially agreed upon. When I questioned this discrepancy, Michael had the audacity to claim it was because I was a first-time buyer, which was completely false. Not only did they attempt to overcharge me, but they also added numerous other unnecessary fees. When I voiced my concerns, Mike threatened to put the vehicle back on the market if I refused to pay the inflated price. This dealership's unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and blatant attempt to take advantage of customers is appalling. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them to steer clear and find a reputable dealership that values honesty and integrity. More
