awesome job taking care of the customer But only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t have my truck some were visible for me to pick it up they made me go looking around the lot to find it. Aside from the professionalism by the employees. I came in for an oil change, and was out in no time. I’ve had oil changes at other dealerships, and had to hang out for 2-3 hours minimum. I had a horrible customer service experience. The sales person who helped me tried to make the experience better, but overall, I felt like my time was not valued and I felt dismissed. I walked The sales person who helped me tried to make the experience better, but overall, I felt like my time was not valued and I felt dismissed. I walked in with my own funding with a scheduled appointment and was kept in the dealership for an unreasonable amount of time. I only returned to purchase the vehicle because they would not transfer it to another dealership for me to close the transaction. As a repeat customer who has purchased 2 other vehicles with Southern, I was completely disappointed and I doubt I will champion the Southern name the way I have in the past. More
