Couldn’t rotate tires the wheel lock was missing. Your people always change the tires, they must have not put it back in my car. Nobody knows anything! ! Got an oil change, when I called to schedule I asked the price and how long oil change was good for. The answer I got was we haven’t done oil change ! I go to get oil change the guy there says oil lasts 7,500 miles, when I got in my truck sticker said change at 3,000 miles. I then called back and the guy I was dealing with said don’t pay attention to that it last 7,500. I tried to call service manager and get to the bottom and have left a message and hasn’t returned my call. also there was a recall on my truck I didn’t know. I never asked them to look at, they go ahead and look at it and then charge me to look at. More
