Place is ridiculous 2:20 hrs quick service oil change ! !!! Only went there because I paid for 5 oil changes a few years back . Plus not once did they ever ask to change the air filter and cabin filter in 4 !!! Only went there because I paid for 5 oil changes a few years back . Is there a rating less than that. let me know. I have taken my car for service 4 times for soft top issue, every time, I waited for 2 weeks without a car. they ordered parts, but ne let me know. I have taken my car for service 4 times for soft top issue, every time, I waited for 2 weeks without a car. they ordered parts, but never installed it. Now, I have a jeep that, top will not close for 6 months. in rain, and other bad, weather conditions. The service advisor, (Hector) refuses to do anything. Now, sales dept calling me to sell me another Jeep after the end of lease. What would you do,?Is there a rating less than that. let me know.
